You’re welcome Martin! I try to give readers and writers things they can use. As far as the Irish-American market, I would say start with a blog that is themed around the Irish-American culture. Write articles for Yahoo Voices and Ezinearticles that would attract Irish-American readers. Make sure that your bio has a link to your blog where your readers can follow. Place your book on display at your blog and you are just getting started. There is a great thread on Linkedin that really helps writers get a handle on self-promotion. You should check it out! Been most interesting reading about you, Michael. So kind of you to share your template with me. Bless you. I self-published my autobiography recently at the age of 80. Finding it dificult to get any press publicity because of this. Would dearly love to make the Irish-American market aware of thr book’s existence.

Michael, this is a beautiful piece. I love the way you aren’t afraid to show your emotions, to share exactly what you are feeling. Your honesty and transparency are like a fresh breeze. I have never been married or had children, but you have helped me understand what parents with dual custody go through. Thank you for sharing. You need to write a country music song because it brought tears to my eyes. They grow up so fast and get in such a rush to get out the door to be with freinds. All the while I’m thinking what happened to my little girl. Now she’s 37 and lives out of state but it’s only 3 and 1/2 hours away and I only get to see my daughter twice a year if I’m luckey. I cherish the memories more and more.

You’re right! Life doesn’t always turn out great and I certainly wouldn’t want people having the wrong idea. It wasn’t always easy and it didn’t always work. We had to work on it and I had to give a little in order for things to come together. Maybe this article should be better understood as the way things could be.
